1. Setup and Design

To setup and configure data using Sage PFW accounting system.

• To establish a General Ledger, GL account structure and numbering protocol for application to your organization that is consistent with your reporting requirements.
• Implement company with new chart of accounts structure.
• Migrate & convert open and historical transactions in general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Design financial reports i.e. Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Report, Budget Variance Report, etc.

2. Transaction Processing and Reporting

Send us your information and we will process your transaction periodically. We will provide for you with the following analytical and financial report to assist you in making better business decisions:

• Aged Receivables report
• Aged Payables report
• Cash Balance Report
• Trial Balance
• Balance Sheet
• Income Statement
• Actual/Budget Variance Reports

Optional Services

• Monthly assessment and filing of GCT
• Monthly assessment and filing of payroll deductions
• Tax Compliance Certificate

Customer Requirement
The customer will be required to forward the following on a monthly basis:

Bank Book

• Bank Statements

To begin setup we will require:

• Last Audited Financial Report
             Trial balance
• Outstanding AP vouchers
• Outstanding AR invoices
• Outstanding cheque listing
